NORTH PATIO

Located at the Clubhouse, the North Patio is currently undergoing an exciting remodel!

The enhanced design will feature expanded seating, built-in heaters, top-of-the-line fine-mist misters, new TVs, and a seamless indoor/outdoor atmosphere thanks to a large new bar with lift-up windows connecting to the inside. The renovated patio is expected to be ready for residents to enjoy at the beginning of 2026.

Once complete, the North Patio will continue to be a homeowner favorite—offering a welcoming space to relax and unwind. Throughout the season, patrons can enjoy drink specials, live entertainment, and a cozy lounge atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for socializing and enjoying the outdoors.
